How to use Bitter gourd for PCOS ?:

Take a medium sized karela or bitter gourd. Cut its ends and slit it into two pieces to remove seeds. Take one piece and chop it finely. Add a cup of water and blend it in a mixer. Strain the juice to remove fibres. Add a tea spoon of honey to this juice and consume twice daily after food.

  • Fresh amla fruit: Eat two fresh amla fruit in empty stomach in morning and as well as in evening.
  • Amla juice: 10 ml of amla juice can be taken twice daily in empty stomach with a glass of water and a tea spoon of honey. This has to be taken in empty stomach.
  • Amla Tea – Boil a tea spoon of dry amla powder or 4 – 5 pieces of dry amla in 2 cups of water till it reduces to half cup. Allow it to warm down. Add a tea spoon of honey when it is just warm.
