Boil a glass of water. Add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric or haldi and 1 tea spoon of Triphala. Stir it well and cover the glass. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Drink this tea every day in morning in empty stomach. This helps in weight loss and also controls blood sugar level.
